Astéria Parvovirus Sang

Canine parvovirus or feline typhys are highly contagious and often fatal viral infectious diseases if not treated in time. Clinical signs of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis are generally noted as an emission of liquid stools, too frequent and sometimes hemorrhagic as well as vomiting that may contain blood.

The Astéria Parvovirus Blood tests are new generation molecular tests allowing the detection of a fragment of the parvovirus genome in the blood of the animal in a reliable and rapid way in order to obtain indications as to the presence or not of the pathogen implicated in the appearance of the clinical signs observed.
Unlike conventional PCR reactions, Asteria tests are performed in just a few steps, on a portable and easy-to-use reading system. The result can therefore be obtained in less than 40 minutes, at the clinic or in the field.
